The cancellation procedure is simple – just cancel your service online and
you’ll receive an RMA #.
Simply cancel your service through the Account Management Center on our web
site. You’ll receive an RMA# and detailed instructions on shipping your
equipment back to us. The equipment must be in its original packing material,
and must be in its original undamaged condition. All included material,
manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be included. Please be sure to
meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your
refund.
Your outgoing calls must not exceed 300 minutes of use. Incoming calls do not
count against this total. You may request a refund if your outgoing calls do
exceed 300 minutes, but we must charge you for the overage. You will be
responsible for additional charges such as international calls and directory
assistance.
When we receive the equipment and the conditions above have been met, you will
receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first month’s
subscription fee within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that no refund can be given for equipment that is sent to us
without an RMA #.
