Under his leadership, VoicePulse has realized continuous revenue growth and profitability since its inception. In his role as CEO, Sakaria focuses on strategic planning, management and business development. Sakaria has been cited in Forbes, Entreprenuer, and PC magazine amongst others. In addition, he has spoken at several technology conferences, including VON, SIPSummit, Internet Telephony Expo, and Astricon.

Kirby Adkins
Manager of Engineering

Kirby Adkins has over 15 years of experience in software and database engineering with extensive knowledge of the software development life cycle and Microsoft technologies. Adkins is responsible for leading and directing the development and networking groups. Prior to joining VoicePulse, Adkins has filled senior engineering roles at BarnesandNoble.com, DoubleClick, and ITXC. Adkins holds degrees in Computer Science from Rutgers University and Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Thomas Auchinleck
Manger of Customer Service

Thomas Auchinleck has over 10 years of combined experience in the Customer Service and technology field. Auchinleck's leadership abilities combined with his knowledge of voice over IP and computer networking technologies allow him to build and maintain a highly trained Customer Service team. Auchinleck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Rider University.

Monica Haley
Public Relations and Marketing

Monica Haley has over 10 years of experience in Marketing and over 5 years of experience in the technology sales area. Haley serves as a Public Relations contact and her responsibilities include creating and overseeing customer-facing Marketing and Public Relations campaigns as well as maintaining VoicePulse's social media presence. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management and a minor in Marketing from The College of New Jersey. In her free time she serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Environmental Lobby and fundraises for various charitable organizations.
