What happens if I'm already on another phone call?
VoicePulse offers features to make sure you never miss an important call.
Call waiting notifies you with a special tone when someone is trying to call
you while you are already on another call. You can then switch to the new phone
call by pressing the Flash button on your phone or quickly pressing the switch
hook.
Call Waiting with CallerID
If your telephone supports it, VoicePulse will send the
CallerID
information of the second caller so you can take a look at your CallerID
display before decided whether to switch to the new call.
Call Waiting Disable
You can disable call waiting and send new callers to voicemail while you are on
a phone call.

You can disable call waiting on a per-call basis by dialing *70
before dialing.

You can also permanently disable call waiting by turning on Call Waiting
Disable in the Account Center.
