I want complete control over my phone calls!

VoicePulse is the only provider to let filter your phone calls in so many ways.
VoicePulse's filters are one of our most powerful options -- it's like having your own assistant redirecting calls wherever you like! You just have to login to your account center and enter the phone number of who will be calling you and what you would like to happen to that phone call. The actual functionality is a lot more powerful but just as easy to understand!

Select the Line or Number

First, you need to select which line(s) or number(s) the phone call will be coming in on. You have the option of picking from "All lines on account", any one line on your account or any specific phone number (including additional numbers) on your account.

Let's say you have two VoicePulse lines, each with two phone numbers:

Your "home" line has phone numbers:
- (555) 555-5555 as your main home number
- (555) 555-1111 for your daughter Jenny
Your "small business" line has phone numbers:
- (555) 666-6666 as your main business number
- (555) 666-7777 for technical support

With the ability to choose which line or number you want this filter applied to, you can:

Forward all calls to Jenny's phone number to her cell phone while she's out with her friends.
Forward all calls to the technical support line to the main business line so you have only one phone to pick up.
Forward all calls to your home line (555-555-5555 or 555-555-1111) to your cell phone while the family is in Florida on vacation.
The possibilities are endless!

Select the Caller

Next, you can select the person who will be calling you. You have the option of selecting "All callers" or entering in the phone number of the caller. This gives you the ability to:

Forward any calls to Jenny's number from Frank (her boyfriend) to her cell phone while the rest ring her phone as normal.
If Mom calls the home number while she's at work, ring the phone even if Do Not Disturb is on.
If your supplier tries to call you at home give him a busy signal!
Never miss an important phone call and never get bothered by an unwanted one!

Select the Action

Finally, select the action you want to take when the selected caller calls on the selected line. Choose from any of the following:

Always Forward
This call will get forwarded to your call forwarding number. Use this so important calls always to go your cell phone while other calls continue to ring on your VoicePulse phone.
Always Ring
This call will always ring your phone. Use this in combination with Do Not Disturb to block all calls from work on your day off, but let your friends' calls still get through.
Always Voicemail
This call will always go straight to voicemail.
Always Busy
This caller will always hear a busy signal!
Not In Service
This caller will hear a message stating that your number is "no longer in service"!

Email Notifications

With every filter you define, you have the option of turning on email notification. You will receive an email every time a particular filter was activated!
