What if I miss a call?
VoicePulse provides Enhanced Voicemail to take your messages.
VoicePulse's Enhanced Voicemail makes sure you never miss an important message
again! You can check your messages from your email account, a
regular phone or your VoicePulse phone.
Activating Voicemail

Dial *120 on your phone to turn the option on/off or login to your
Account Center and turn the option on/off
Changing Your Voicemail Password
A password is required to check your voicemail via an outside phone. You can
set whether or not the PIN is required when dialing *123 in the Account Center.

Enter your mailbox by dialing *123
and your password

Press "0" for mailbox options

Press "4" to change your password
Checking Your Voicemail

To check your voicemail from your VoicePulse phone:
Dial *123. Enter your password to access your mailbox. You can turn off
the prompt for your password in the Account Center.

To check your voicemail from a regular phone:
Dial (212) 400-7999 or dial your own number and press "0" during the
voicemail greeting. Enter your 11-digit mailbox number. Enter your password to
access your mailbox. You can turn off the prompt for your password in the
Account Center.

To check your voicemail by email:
Enter your email address under Voicemail Notifications in the Account Center.
You will receive an email whenever a voicemail is left in your mailbox. You can
choose whether or not you want a copy of the message sent to you as a sound
file attachment (WAV).
Voicemail Notifications

Stutter tone notification:
You will hear a stutter tone when you pick up your phone if there is a new
message waiting for you. Once you have listened to the message, the
stutter tone will stop after about 30 seconds. Phones that detect stutter
tone will display a message waiting indicator light if you have a new message.

Email notification:
Login to your account center to enter the email address you want notified
whenever a new message is left in a mailbox. You can also select whether
or not a copy of the message is attached to the email as a sound file (WAV
format).
