VoicePulse’s mission is to deliver affordable, feature-rich alternative to telephone users. For more than 100 years traditional telephony remained largely unchanged and by the year 2002, residential telephone users had little more functionality than the generations before them.

Since 2003, VoicePulse for Business has surpassed its competitors in terms of service, quality, support and reliability -- all this while providing a significant cost savings over business-class POTS. VoicePulse first made its mark on the industry by developing the one of kind lookup tool called Flexrate. Next, VoicePulse was the first to bring its customers a FreePBX based auto-configuration module that is known for its simplicity and convenience. Today, we continue to improve and enhance our features.

Confidence in the quality of our service is demonstrated with our Free Trial account. VoicePulse offers every customer a free trial account for testing with absolutely no commitments or obligations. We're not big on sales pitches because we want our product to speak for itself.

VoicePulse for Home

In April of 2003, everything changed for the home phone. VoicePulse launched its broadband phone service and within six short months, our engineers duplicated each of the “big five” calling features consumers had come to expect from traditional telephony – Caller ID, Call Waiting, Caller ID with Name, Call Forwarding and Call Return (*69). Even today, traditional phone companies continue to charge extra for each of these features while VoicePulse includes them all at no additional charge.

In the following months, VoicePulse raised the bar by offering customers a suite of new and innovative features that just weren’t possible with your traditional telephone service. Now, VoicePulse customers enjoy enterprise-like functions such as Call Hunt / Find Me, Multi-Ring, Anonymous Call Block, Do Not Disturb with Prompting, Enhanced Voicemail, Call Filters, Telemarketer Block, and Call Transfer -- and we are again proud to be including all of these features at no additional charge.

In addition to our standout features, VoicePulse offers US-based Customer Support available via phone and email during business hours. We are also the only ITSP to have been awarded PC Magazine's Best of the Year and PC WORLD's BEST BUY awards in the same year.
