VoicePulse respects your privacy. We collect customer information on our web site so that we can provide consumers with phone service, troubleshoot that service if necessary, bill customers for service, and for internal market research, including marketing directed toward potential consumers.

We provide customers with the option of not receiving direct marketing of our new products and/or services.

Information Collected from Web Site.

In addition to the information customers knowingly give us on our web site, our servers collect anonymous statistics such as the web page visited, time of day, what type of browser was used, and the IP address that visit originated from. We use this information to gauge the ease-of-use of our site, monitor the performance of our servers, and to improve our overall service.

The VoicePulse web site uses "cookies" to maintain your online session and keep track of your order progress. The "cookies" contain a random string of digits and are saved on your hard drive. The cookie does not store any personal information. You may modify your browser settings to disable cookies -- just note that certain parts of our web site may not function properly.

Information collected from use of Phone Service.

We do not listen to or record conversations using our phone service, except to comply with legal/governmental authorities.

We do not sell or give information to other companies.

We protect the information we collect by using various encryption and security tools. We take security seriously, and give careful attention to maintaining the security of the information we store.

If a consumer terminates their VoicePulse service, we purge the credit card number from our billing servers once the customer's VoicePulse account is paid in full. We retain call detail and account records for our internal records.

VoicePulse does not sell any products or services designed to be purchased by children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe that a minor has submitted personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at so we can remove the information.
